Delete local study data
You can remove local study data immediately by using an available in-app clear control or Android Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear storage. For apps with backup enabled, device backups may retain an earlier copy until they expire or are removed through your Android/Google backup settings. Autotheorie Schweiz and 737 Type Rating Exam Prep disable Android cloud backup in their app configuration; device-to-device transfer behavior can depend on your Android version and device manufacturer.
Request deletion from our services
Email dttquestionreport@gmail.com with the app name, your request and any information reasonably needed to identify the relevant installation or transaction. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, purchase tokens or authentication codes. The apps do not create user accounts, so we may be unable to connect anonymous Firebase records to you without an applicable identifier.
We will delete or request deletion of data we can identify and control, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security and transaction-record obligations. Locally stored study history is not accessible to us. Google Play purchase and payment records are controlled under Google Play’s rules; removing app data does not cancel a subscription or remove those records. Aggregate reports that no longer identify an installation may remain. Where a record must be retained, we will restrict it to the required purpose and retention period.
