IRISH APP SERVICES

Terms of Use

Effective 3 September 2026 · Native Android exam apps

These terms apply to Permis Belge Théorie B, Τεστ ΚΟΚ Ελλάδας, Irish DTT Bus & Truck, Test Permiso B España, Autotheorie Schweiz and 737 Type Rating Exam Prep on Android. By using an app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Study aid, not an authority

The apps are independent study aids. They are not government services, do not issue licences and do not guarantee an exam result. Laws, official guidance and exam formats can change. Check the competent authority's current materials and follow official road-safety rules. 737 Type Rating Exam Prep is for technical study and self-checks, not in-flight use or operational decisions. It is not endorsed by an aircraft manufacturer or airline. Use current approved aircraft and operator documentation for operational procedures.

Licence and acceptable use

Irish App Services grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the installed app for lawful private study. Do not redistribute question banks, bypass access controls, extract protected content, interfere with the service, misrepresent affiliation, resell access or use the app unlawfully.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

Prices and billing periods are shown by Google Play before purchase. Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Lifetime is a one-time entitlement for the purchased Android app and Google Play account; it is not a promise that every future product or platform is included. Purchases can be restored when Google Play confirms ownership. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. A refund, chargeback or revoked purchase can remove access.

Availability and changes

We may correct content, update features and adjust operational settings. We may suspend functionality for security, maintenance, legal or store-policy reasons. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Responsibility

Use the apps with reasonable care and never while driving. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irish App Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, a failed examination, decisions based solely on practice results, or loss caused by an unsupported or modified device. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
